Many hair suppliers operate with a
very limited range of shades and lengths in stock. Typically, they focus only on the most popular colors such as:
- black
- dark brown
- a few blonde shades
While these colors are common, they rarely cover the full spectrum of tones that stylists encounter in real-life work.
In reality, clients come with a wide variety of natural and dyed shades, including:
- cool blondes
- warm blondes
- ash tones
- caramel shades
- mixed or multidimensional colors
When a supplier offers only a narrow palette, it becomes extremely difficult for stylists to find the
perfect match for the client’s natural hair.
Hair color is rarely uniform. Most clients have hair with multiple undertones and natural variations.
For example, a blonde client may have a mix of:
- beige tones
- ash highlights
- warmer golden strands
If the supplier only offers a limited number of blonde shades, achieving a seamless blend becomes complicated.
This forces stylists to either compromise on color accuracy or spend additional time searching for the right hair from multiple suppliers.
